By using the platform, you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Access to the Service

Access to NEXTLEAD is restricted to users with a valid account. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

4. Authorized Use

Users agree to:

Use the platform lawfully and in accordance with its intended purpose.
Not send illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unsolicited emails through the platform.
Not interfere with the proper functioning of the service (e.g., hacking attempts, overloading the servers, etc.).

5. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content they create or import into the CRM, including personal data related to their own customers or contacts.

Users must ensure they have the necessary rights and consents to process such data.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the platform (source code, graphics, logo, database, etc.) are the exclusive property of CREACH AGENCY or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction or reuse is strictly prohibited.

7. Availability and Maintenance

CREACH AGENCY strives to maintain the service’s availability 24/7, except during maintenance operations, force majeure events, or disruptions beyond its control.
