If you’ve installed NextLead but you’re unsure how to set up the different conversion stages, here’s how to do it:
- First step: add a new lead
To do this, gather the necessary information about your prospect (and their company if applicable). Then, create their contact record and company profile if needed.
- In the contact’s profile, select their default conversion status (conversion stage) at the top of the page: “new”, “open”, “qualified”, “in progress” or “converted”. Click the desired status and it will be automatically updated:

- To set up the conversion steps as you like, go to “settings” in the “contact” page, then select “ conversion status”. You can then add or delete you preferred conversion steps and choose their order as well :
