If you’ve installed NextLead but you’re unsure how to set up the different conversion stages, here’s how to do it:

  1. First step: add a new lead

To do this, gather the necessary information about your prospect (and their company if applicable). Then, create their contact record and company profile if needed.

  1. In the contact’s profile, select their default conversion status (conversion stage) at the top of the page: “new”, “open”, “qualified”, “in progress” or “converted”. Click the desired status and it will be automatically updated:

  1. To set up the conversion steps as you like, go to “settings” in the “contact” page, then select “ conversion status”. You can then add or delete you preferred conversion steps and choose their order as well :

  1. Don’t forget to update the contact’s conversion status over time to ensure proper tracking
