If you want to make your emails more professional and personalized by adding your electronic signature without having to sign manually each time, here’s how to do it in a few steps:

  1. Click on your profile tab in the menu, then on “settings”:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of your profile, where you can view your electronic signatures (if you have several), delete them, or create new ones. To create a new signature, click “create a signature” and confirm by clicking “create” when you are satisfied:

  1. In your emails, simply click on the following icon to select the electronic signature you want to insert :
