A quick reminder : an email campaign via CRM is a personalized and targeted marketing campaign aimed at the leads and customers in your CRM database (e.g., welcome emails or promotional offers). If you are just getting started with the tool, here are the steps to create an email campaign on NextLead :

1. Define Your Target Audience

First, before creating your campaign, make sure you’ve defined your target audience—whether it’s a general contact list or a dedicated mailing list:

Then go to the "Marketing" tab from the left-hand menu, and click on "Create a campaign" at the top right:

3. Choose or Create a Template

After creating the campaign, either select an existing template from the "Templates" column on the left, or create a new one from scratch:

4. Customize Your Email

You’ll automatically land in the simple editor, where you can customize your email, insert attachments, and add your email signature. You can preview the email on desktop and mobile.

Click on advanced editor to unlock layout styles, file imports, and a default base template with HTML inspection:
